Is it possible to contact someone at Google and ask them why I am unable to rate TLC Property Management more than 5 Stars? I guess I'll play their game, but they can't stop me from uploading a photoshop representation of my TRUE rating!!

*******Update since review with the original bill out for apartment walk through the painting fee was adjusted by TLC Properties. I am still sad it took so much effort after 6 years of living there but I am Satisfied with resolution. Thank you for correcting the balance for the paint. and responding to the review so quickly.********
