Super fun and awesome. Went for the first time today and my son wants to return for his birthday now (: ! UPDATE: as for the people complaining about masks and about catching the virus then stay your butt home. People are jumping, doing obstacles, and out of breath so obviously a mask isn’t going to be worn the whole time. Kids absolutely LOVE coming here. The prices in my opinion are fair and you get a parent discount plus kids 5 and under are 10. Age 3 and under is free. My little sister was able to jump today with all of us and play on the lower level of playground and in the balls and she’s 2. She was fine and had a blast. It’s cheaper than other trampoline places and there is more to do. Def take your children here and it’s a lot of fun for adults too. If you’re worried about germs just pop vitamins before and take a bath and add hydrogen peroxide or alcohol in it to kill any germs on the skin once you get home. We do this and we are perfectly fine and none of have have gotten sick. (:

WOW!! It's all I can say about this entire place! Daughter had a birthday party this weekend here and we couldn't have been happier! We had so much fun! Jay the manager is amazing in helping me book the party and when first arriving, getting us settled in. Our party host Layla was absolutely fantastic and wonderful!! She helped set up the party and is just so sweet..we adore her! The cleaning staff was so great, and all of the workers are so friendly and sweet too, the way they are always helping on the floor and the way they help the kids! The jumping, the ropes course, the climbing, the VR, the zip line..there's so much to do!! We absolutely recommend this place for a party or just a kid friendly place to expend some energy! A, 5 . Thank you guys, for some wonderful memories!

This place is amazing!!!!!!!!!! We took our son (10) here when visit in Springfield and OMG. He spent three hours bouncing, jumping, climbing and playing. He loved the virtual reality game the most but spent 90% of his time running and having fun like a 10-year-old should be doing. This place is just amazing and I would highly recommend anyone with children spend some time here.

We had a private party. It was a blast! The staff was kind and extremely helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would definitely do this again.

We were looking for an indoor place for our kids to get their energy out. We chose the wrong place! There were too many adults and older teens with trying to get around with smaller kids. Employees were not paying attention to keeping a good pace of kids moving around or spaced out enough with reducing the chance of injuring another child. The complete disregard for wearing masks was horrible in the people who had no valid excuse. I didn't expect all the kids to wear them but there is no reason the adults and teens couldn't have worn them properly. Many employees were also not wearing masks correctly. All just to say, if you're looking for a COVID safe place to take your kids, this is not the place.

What a GREAT time our group had! Would HIGHLY recommend! The staff was super friendly, the entire place was clean and comfortable. The music wasn't overbearing, and you could actually have a conversation without yelling! The pizza is amazing as well!
