Great prices on great things
I'm on my 4th 30min attempt to try and start services. Can someone please call back or have effective customer service? The one time I finally get it to ring, no one answers and the call is disconnected. My home will be going on one month without any heat simply because I can't a hold of someone to start services!! It is the middle of winter how is this allowed?
The customer service personnel I spoke with, Jennifer, was very professional and efficient. However, I was on hold for OVER an HOUR and a HALF. We are in the twenty first century. If any business has a wait time that long they should have a call back option.
My gas was turned off, due to no fault of mine. There was a leak and we had to have it repaired. After the work was done we were instructed to call the emergency line back to have our gas turned back on. I called and they said they would come as soon as their technician was available. I asked the rep when that would be. Twice she said she couldn’t give me a time. I then asked if that meant it would be today or another day and yet again she refused to answer. I find this highly insulting seeing that it’s currently snowing and I have no hot water or heat. Update: day 2. Still no gas.
