Eliseo is one of the best. He is friendly, polite and very professional. He always takes time to answer my maintenance questions. He is customer oriented and gets the job done in a reasonable time. The whole maintenance staff at West Springfield Terrace, in my opinion, are outstanding people.

We lived in this community for 5 years. It is very safe and within the walking distance to almost everything someone would need. From day one, we were warmly welcomed by Sharan Kaur, who is the assistant manager at this community, until we left the community for good. Sharan was very friendly and supportive the entire time and provided to us prompt service whenever we needed it. The manager at this community, Henry, is also a nice person. He started working at this community in 2019 and has been prompt and welcoming as well. The maintenance team was also helpful and respectful in their job. We will miss everyone at this community! God bless you all.

My name is Abiy Fanta, I have been living at west springfield terrace for the past two years.I absolutly enjoy living here;from the location of the apartment complex being avaliable to all major routes and stores to the amazing managment team,Specifically MR. Henery Mejia .Thanks to MR. Majia and his amazing custoner skills and generosity,my time here has been enjoyble to both to me and my family.

Worst customer service! I want in telling them how my credit looked like the lady was like it’s fine just pay the 50 Application fee and you’ll be approved. Even tho I repeated myself 4 times to her about the situation in my credit! She then made me do a money order, she told me even if I don’t get approved I can pay the first month rent! I was ok with that she comes back after 10 min saying you didn’t get approved for the same reason I told her 4 times! Then I Called the manager he said he’ll get my money back she’s not supposed to say that and call me back tomorrow! Never received a call so I called back he’s like I’m not gonna give your money I ask for the lady’s names he didn’t give me her name and he was very rude he hung up the phone on! If I could I wouldn’t even give them a star!!!

I have lived in this community for 8 months and it has been an exceptional experience. The management Henry , staff is wonderful and the maintenance staff is very prompt and thorough. Additionally, this community is very family friendly. There are lots of small children and senior citizens, so it is a quiet community. nice to being able to walk to restaurants and shopping. As long as we are renting locally, this community is where to we choose to stay because it is a breath of fresh air! Job well done, :)
