David was amazing. Our neighbor's tree fell onto our the powerlines connected to our home due to Hurricane Isaias . We called David at Western Mass Tree Care and he was amazing. He responded super fast, gave an immediate quote, and did the work the very next day. He listened to our concerns and took our situation very serious. He was professional and explained everything he was going to do. I would highly recommend Western Mass Tree Service.

Highly recommend Western Mass Tree Care. We had a large tree fall on our house in the recent storm. David called us back immediately and came out the very next morning to assess and delicately remove the tree from the house. Excellent communication and service. We felt taken care of during the whole ordeal. Definitely will do business with them again.
I was so impressed with David. He gave us a very fair price to remove two difficult trees. His crew was careful of the fences and cleaned up completely afterwards. He did the job on a tight schedule as we are getting married soon! Consider yourself lucky if you can book him for your work. He was professional, timely, hard working. I couldn't have asked for more, well maybe a couple of t-shirts lol. Ps. The price he quoted was the same as a quote for one tree from a different company. Update: Just to let you know the trees butted up to the property line next door. The neighbors watched intently as the tree was intermingled with their tree. These guys were so careful that they impressed the neighbors with their skilled bucket work and handling of the large limbs coming down! Thank you for taking such good care of our situation David.
David and his crew did a great job taking down a 100-ft pine right along our home for an affordable price. Watching most of the process, they were very professional and definitely knew what they were doing. I was very impressed with their cleanup efforts afterwards - I’d definitely recommend Western Ma Tree Care - thanks David!
