Definitely in the top 3 worst hotels I've ever stayed at. I came to Springfield for work and just needed a basic place to stay, but this was so much worse than my lowest expectations. I got a rate over the phone (including tax) but was charged 300 more at the counter and was told there was nothing she could do about it. I was put in a room on the first floor next to the exit and stairwell, with people slamming the door and running up and down the stairs at all hours. The guy above me I swear was playing basketball every night, absolutely ridiculously loud. People were screaming, slamming doors, fighting, throwing things and even getting into fist fights in the parking lot at all hours, but especially in the middle of the night. There was poor insulation around the window unit and I had sooo many bugs and spiders in my room constantly. All the linens I got were stained. There was mold growing in the toilet. In my 30 day stay I never got my room cleaned at all, despite requesting it. And after all this I wanted to check out early to find someplace better, and was told that even though I paid for a full 30 days, I would have to pay MORE because I got "such a good rate" for my extended stay and the room would go back to its regular rate and I'd have to pay back all the money.??? Absolutely ridiculous

Prices are about the same monthly as a appointment. The rooms need updated the security isn't bad... being the doors that need cards or the unpolite lady working front desk, she refused to make eye contact with me and was making personal phone calls while I was talking to her! So that's why I deducted 3 stars service is everything.
So, if you picked this place...... Chances are price was a considerable influence. That's why I didn't give it a 1 or 2 like many. 40.00 a night hotel/motels bring a different client base. That's fine, just don't bring the kiddos expecting the church choir to be your fellow residents.
Wonderful hotel RIGHT off the hwy! I got a smoking room, as I smoke, but this smoking room needed some better ventilation. Past that room was ok and night staff was great!
The GM has been so amazing. She helped my family out, when we needed it. She is our angel. And Rocky has been amazing as well. So very polite, outgoing, and very generous. They are my 2 most favorite people. Thank you both for all of the help!
I just got here today but the owner is so kind and goes above and beyond to make you comfortable
I would have given this motel a better rating except for the fact that the manager and employees, all but the girl that works night shift she was great, were quite rude.
