Stay away from this place. They double-charged me on one thing. Then they sold me a part that didn't fit my pool and when I returned to give them the opportunity to make it right they refused. They did offer to exchange for chemicals...so they're willing to exchange for something worth but not return the ? They just want to take the money and run! It was not a good experience and I'll never return! Steer clear of these people.

I have not seen this level of care in such a long time! We are extremely grateful to have found TK's! These guys are superior! They truly care that you get a quality pool! In the times we live in, you do not find a company that stands by their work, word and product. TK's DOES! They are amazing and we could not be happier!!! We will ONLY do business with them and I will sing their names on the top of the mountains in praise! lol If you want a quality pool, friendly and a hard working company that CARES- you better go with TK's! You WILL NOT be disappointed!! We can not thank y'all enough for everything!!!
We live in Ohio and I searched the internet to find lights for our existing Trevi pool. I found TK during that search. Shannon responded very quickly to all my questions via email and she was able to help me get the lights that we needed to fit our exact model. She shipped them out the same day I paid for them and we received them within a few days. We had a small issue and again, she quickly responded to me and fixed that for us. I would definitely use this company again. Thank you for all your help. We love the lights
Had my pool water tested and bought a 4pk of acid. Great service. Sent my husband back a week later to retest and he was encouraged to buy chemicals they said we needed per test or be charged for test. When he got home and I saw what he bought I knew they were wrong! So we tried to return product and they wouldn’t do a refund! What kind of customer service is this! I will not be back for anything! And I will encourage others not to as well. They told me he chose to buy the product on his own! Lol he doesn’t know what chemicals to buy!
