One week after the snowstorm 2021 our entire community cannot get water to our homes! Shame on walnut creek. Also....it's in the Riverside Home Builders subdivision. Don't buy from this place. Stay out of Rocky Ridge Subdivision if you want water. Outrageous water bills...no service, poor service and no accountability!! Terrible company. Too bad they are the only water provider available in Rocky Ridge #weatherford ....otherwise I would terminate them as my provider!

During one of the worst times you guys shut your phone's off and gave absolutely zero information to any Springtown resident regarding information about our water. Azle, Reno, Lake Worth all have working lines and sent emails to residents letting them know if the wells were frozen or shut down. Literally the worst water company.

Terrible customer service. Poor quality water. Look up their water reports. So bad they have to send out these failing grade reports to their customers every quarter. With the snow storm the have completely failed to communicate with their customers. Days without water no communication of help from the company.

Giving no notice to customers thru email during this storm is unacceptable. Comparing to the surrounding cities the customer communication was total failure.

Four days without water, so far !! Took all precautions by letting my faucets drip and covering my outside faucets and Walnut Creek Water cut off the supply of water because their pumps are frozen and can’t deliver to customers !! They we’re totally unprepared for the freezing weather. Can’t even get through to them on the phone !!
