Have not shopped at the store before, however, I recently purchased a bike from a third party who used Fast & Happy Bicycles to have the bike packaged for shipping, and they went above and beyond. Fantastic job, and this is coming from someone who works at a bike shop himself. Extremely happy they went the extra mile to ensure my bike made it to me safely!

Both my wife and I had work done recently on our bikes and we were very pleased with the results. Jim (owner) is very pleasant to work with and also very helpful on making sure he meets the customer needs. It's nice to have a local bike shop available where you can either purchase a new/used bike or have work done on your bike as well!

Great shop! Very helpful and friendly. I have purchased two bikes from here and had work done on other bikes with zero complaints. I have also been on several group rides that they have hosted and met some great people. It's not just a business, they are passionate about the community and bikes and just want to help people of all ages get out and enjoy the local outdoors!
