Very unimpressed by their customer service. Their equipment is fine and they are basically the only game in town, but the two occasions I came in, they were condescending and cold. I 100% won't be coming in again, nor will friends and family in the area. They messed up my order by giving me a bunch of the wrong parts for my custom system. (Hence why I had to come in a second time) When I came to talk with them about their error, no apology.. just a \it happens\. A handful of their parts were defective.. obviously no fault of the company, but when it came to returning them, I had 1 that had primer on it since I was planning to fit it on my pipes, but it turned out it was too tight to fit because of the defective part. They wouldn't allow me to return the part because of the primer. In the 10 years I've lived in St George, this was the #1 or #2 worst customer service I've experienced by anywhere. The problem though is that this terrible customer service was experienced both times I came in and it was by 2 separate workers. Hopefully something changes.

I brought in a blueprint for a new system and thought they would be able to answer some questions and provide feedback. The staff did not have any knowledge ( at least they didn't share any with me). We priced everything out and I left. It felt like I was an annoyance. Way overpriced vs competitors, and the unhelpful staff just topped off a horrible experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Good staff. They know sprinklers, pavers, lighting, drainage, and more very well. Micah and Jared have been there for 15 years. I trust their inputs in my projects. Prices are highly competitive too.
The Sprinkler Supply Company in St. George has the best service. I wanted to make a rack for my boys balls and sport equipment using PVC pipes and fittings. I went in and one of the employees sat down with me drew a little mock up and got me taken care of. If he took the time and had patience with me to figure this out, I can only imagine what kind of customer service I would receive for my future landscaping needs. I highly recommend Sprinkler Supply.
