Super friendly staff and they went above and beyond to help us. We got there pretty late and they even stayed past closing to help us. It was pretty cool because once they closed they asked us what our favorite music was and played it over the store speakers while they helped us. It was a great experience and we got the phones and all the accessories we wanted. Definitely recommend this location.

I purchased a blue tooth speaker here for 200 dollars and paid cash. Went to take it back the very next day, not even 24 hrs later and they said they didnt have enough money in the store to give me a refund. An they wanted me to come back 5 or 6 hours later. With work, school, 4 young kids. Not happening. After about 45 mins on the phone with customer service, they finally gave me 50 dollars in cash and mailed me a check for 150. God knows when that will arrive. I almost felt like I was doing something wrong for wanting my money back. It was hands down the most unconvincing, most rude, most unprofessional, experience I've ever had as a customer in ANY STORE. Soon after I dropped Sprint as a phone provider and went with there competition, just because of that experience. An the black male manager with dreads and glasses is about as worthless as a wet sock.
Very nice took care of business and checked out new upgrades the people very nice.
Thank you to Cornelius for activating my phone 10 minutes before your store closed and for staying late to make sure it got taken care of! Great customer service and he was very knowledgeable and helpful.
This store has the best tech advise and tech service that I’ve seen in My 74 years
The air conditioning was out and because of that they had a sale going on. Go figure, we were able to profit because of their misfortune. The staff were professional and knowledgeable. Great shopping experience.
Received the new iPhone as a gift and went to this location to activate it. The sales person kept asking how much the phone cost and why we didn’t buy it from sprint. Then he kept trying to tell me to add the phone to a leasing agreement (bought outright from Best Buy, so this didn’t make sense) so I kept having to say no. I understand sales and how buying the phone is more beneficial to them, however being a long term customer I was very uncomfortable. Then he said my SIM card didn’t work and wanted to charge me for it, this was fine however he then said they didn’t have any and I had to go to a different location. I ended up going to Lee’s Summit and was helped immediately and given a SIM card for free, and not insulted repeatedly for buying my phone elsewhere. Don’t recommend this location.
The girl who worked there, I am not sure she gave her name because she said noone remembers her name everyone calls her the white girl. She was awesome, funny, and extremely helpful! She made the whole long process fun and easy as we switched from tmobile to sprint. With 2 brand new phones :)
