I went into the store the other day and identified myself as a 20 year customer of Verizon with 2 lines and I pay 119 a month. I was looking to get unlimited data which would raise my bill 45 a month and I'm looking for good deals. The girl that greeted me began asking a bunch of weird questions and came at me with a plan for 200 a month. I told her that is literally more than what I'm looking at with Verizon and started to walk out the door, she then started offering me "deals" to get a lower price. I told her it sounds like she's just offering me these so I don't walk out the door...and I left. If she would have listened to what I was saying and gave me a good deal to begin with I would be a Sprint customer right now but since she was trying to make a commission or something, I guess I don't know what she was doing, I am still a Verizon customer with my unlimited data... I don't know if she was covering for someone on lunch or if this is her normal job but the biggest part of sales is listening

I was signing up with sprint over the phone because my other carrier gave me no service where I live (drop calls no internet, and text messages hardly were sent or received) I went in only because the representative on the phone told me I needed verification of who I was, in others words they needed to see ID for the credit application. The rep gave me no other instructions besides go to the store and show them my ID. I went in and the employee asked me for an account number, the lady on the phone didn't give me one. Long story short, the store employee ended up getting me in a plan and a new phone. I didnt get the deal I wanted, and I didnt get the phone I wanted. The store employee told me that there wasn't anything the gal on the phone could do that they couldn't do in store. Umm....ok, so I signed up and based on my credit I got the best deal. I don't beleive that is the case at all. When i got home the lady on the phone called me back and seemed upset i didn't go through her to sign up. She said she had some great deals with for me said enjoy your new phone and hung up. I became more upset because what if I had set up with her over the phone? I'm only giving one star because of this miscommunication between reps on the phone and in store employees. I'll be calling sprint and I'll be asking to talk to a manager to see what the heck happened and why I didnt get the deal and phone I wanted. Ugh... they make it so difficult when it's really so simple! Anyways we'll see if i get better service where i live if not, good bye sprint!

I came to this store expecting the regular salesman routine of being pressured into buying things I don't need. Instead I walked in. Peaceful music was being played, I was greeted at the door with a smile and I was given really good options for switching from T-Mobile without pressure. I didn't even have to wait in line! Good Job guys! I am going to tell everyone about this store.

Worst store ever !!!! Rude , and if u want to see how the " assistant " carries himself watch my video on YouTube, 12th ave sprint assistant. They told me 400 deposite on ANY PHONE some phones are not even 200 when i left i called the 800 number and that man at the store was making it all up just cause he didn't want to take the time to hook up 4 phones. Im posting that video on youtube , sprint, fb, everywhere i can to get the word out about these kinds of people !!!

John and Jacob are amazing sprint employees! They were so helpful and made the switch from Verizon to sprint super easy and enjoyable. Thank you sprint I'm saving money and I'm getting better products because of you!

The Sprint service itself seems to be very poor in the Nampa area but my rating is for the store. I have been in several times and always feel like that are not very helpful. I have been mislead by agents at this store and I have had things I didn't request added to my account.

I switched from Verizon. I was quoted 170.00 tax for 2 phones with insurance and automatic bill pay. Now its past the 30 days and my biil is 213.00. past the "satisfaction guarantee" ....Liars and scammers. I am filing a formal complaint with the BBB.
