This is the second time I have been to this particular Sprouts and I'm pleased with the employees here. The service they give with sincere happiness that shows. The one in Phoenix that is close to me should take some pointers, actually it always comes from the top so possibly they should visit this store and take notes. The older gentleman working in the deli greeted us with a smile and made our sandwiches with care and was speedy. I would have liked to chat more but he had many things he was working in. The cashier was a sweetie too. Very Pleasant experience. Thank you sprouts in Prescott.

I think Sprouts in general has declined in quality. Their produce prices are pretty good, but the quality of produce is pretty horrible. Most of the organic food I get there goes bad within a day or quicker. Other products are good. Customer service is okay unless it's a younger person. Most of the younger cashiers have absolutely no customer service skills. I guess it's too hard to actually say hello or thank you to a customer.

I'm not typically a Sprouts shopper, but was sent by my doctor for some supplements. An employee found me swiftly and offered help. It was excellent customer service all around.

Great store. Fresh produce. Has my non-dairy drinks and treats. So-Delicious. Almond, Soy & Oatmilks. Has bulk options. Friendly and helpful.

Sprouts has a fair selection of the stuff they carry and the quality is good. Store employees are helpful and friendly. This store is still sanitizing the carts, which I appreciate.

Sprouts at Prescott AZ sucks. Sprouts at Prescott Valley AZ has much better deals and it’s a way better store by far with much more enjoyable freedom environment.
