Panning for Gems... I found it a little pricey with no actual mine on site but they offer trips in the warmer months. I got a 35 mixed bucket and basically washed rocks in really cold water for 30-45 minutes. Afterwards I brought what I found inside and a gentleman separated them into fun rocks and those that might be cut into an actual stone. I decided not to get anything cut but maybe will mail something in in the future. Fun stop, was hoping for a more authentic experience though so will have to come back in the summer.
