I would give a negative star if I could. When shopping there, the owner acts like your best friend and knows everything about the product, but didn't seem to know how to fix it when we brought it back. I purchased two trackers (which I found out later he charged 3x what it could be purchased elsewhere for). After they did NOT work, I took them back. He said he would work on them. I went back several days later and he said he couldn't get them to work either, but refused to refund my money. So I am out the money and the product. I will be contacting the better business bureau. I feel like I have been scammed.

I bought a DVR 2 days ago and went to return it and she would not give me my money back. I asked her how long she guaranteed her products she said 6 months and it has only been 2 days that I had bought this DVR but yet she will not give me back my money and there's nowhere on her store Windows or her store door that says she does not do any refunds. And the receipt that she gave me by the time I left her shop and got back home which is not too far away from that shop the receipt is like the ink is barely showing up like it's invisible ink or something. So I recommending that no one should go there and spend with her or at that spy shop at all some of their products might be okay but if you want a refund you're not going to get it and if you do you're only going to get half your money back when she's ready to pay you back that half of the money for it she wouldn't give me no money back for mine. She will be out of business soon. I am going to make sure of it by taking her in front of whoever I have to to do so. "The legal way". And I know that if a store or any place that guaranteeds a product for however long they say they're supposed to have the money to cover it for however long they say they guaranteed the product for. So this place is doing dirty business. She even told me that if it did not work I could get my money back and I had asked her what do you mean if it is like broking doesn't work and she said no if it didn't work for me and I told her it doesn't work for my brand new LG smart TV I had bought for a DVR and then she made up some other excuses why she couldn't give me my money back.

This place has grate services if there products they sell you are broken or don't work the will exchange it for you. Ty spy shack I love your services and grate customer care.
Look at the prices of this stuff on the website..... 1000 dollars for a single dummy camera...?? You can set up an entire real camera system for a quearter of the price. The fake hodaway cans like Hawaiian pumch, the engine degresser, etc... for 199... the tobacco shops sell the same ones for 20!! basic handcuffs for 200... you can buy the same ones on amazon for 20... WHAT A RIP OFF I CONSIDERED SHOPPING HERE UNTIL I SAW THE PRICES....
The guy has great customer service,he answered my question . Sold me a mini wifi cam and even threw in a micro SD card with it . Then I got home trued for hours to set it up.and couldn't get it.so next day I called he said first conect cam to phone wifi I did still it said invalid user ID. Called again left my # but still haven't heard back from him.then to make the situation worse while on looking for answers I found out that he charged me 70 moor for the same camera .He made me feel like I got a good deal . Now I feel like I got screwd since I payed 100 cash and he didn't give me a receipt. So as if my wife's possible infedellaty is not enough I got screwed on 100 bucks trying to find out the truth
They are not open during normal bisiness hours. Ya just have to catch them thete.
They didn't have a hand mounted rocketlauncher or tear gas, just funny looking cameras.
