Mike came out to my home and showed me a beautiful 3D design on his ipad to show me how my new 4 season sunroom on my house looked like and I was sold from there! He was very professional and was able to answer all of the questions I had. The project manager called me every week with a update on what was going on. Couldn't be happier!

What a great experience, Carl installed are 3 season sunroom this past summer and I have nothing but great things to say about him and the company. From start to finish Mike the owner and Carl brought this project together in a timely manner. I do recommend getting a sunroom from this company.
Although our enclosure looks nice, the roof has leaked since day 1. SRA has been back at least 10 times to try to remedy this; however, it still leaks. At this point , they will not return our calls, even though they had assured us they would fix our roof leak. This was a considerable expense and instead of enjoying it, we are angry and disappointed.
Has to be the WORST customer service ever. Call left message before Covid no response, called left messages multiple times during Covid no response. Called left message last week...NO RESPONSE. Guessing they dont need business...I suggest staying away...guess this is the way they treat repeat clients and possible new clients. wish I could give ZERO stars
SRA Home Products recently completed our sunroom. From the day Chris was here and we signed the paperwork until today when the flooring was installed, we have been more than pleased with the quality of their work. There were a few days when they were working in the rain to make sure we kept moving forward. My husband is a retired union carpenter and he had no worries about the quality of the work and the knowledge of the workers, especially Carl who built the entire sunroom himself. The owner, Mike and the project manager, Mike always kept us informed every step of the way. We would not hesitate to recommend SRA.
What a sad experience. I was getting estimates on a pergola. The woman who set the appointment was very professional. She called the day before to confirm. The gentleman that came to my home was a piece of work. He showed up 20 minutes late. Honestly after 2 minutes I wanted him to leave. He looked high. He immediately started going on about how He would build a pavilion. He was gonna do this and do that. You know what he didn’t do? He never asked me what I wanted! He didn’t listen when I expressed concerns but rather ignored me and kept going on about his pavilion. He added fans and all kinds of stuff. I was told there would be a 3D rendering, which he didn’t know how to do, so he showed me a picture of the back of my house with misplaced impressions and said “you get the idea”. No! I don’t get the idea. The structure in the picture he was placing over my patio looked like a car port. Then says it will be 26000 and why don’t I want to move forward now? BECAUSE I DONT WANT A PAVILION I WANT A PERGOLA!!!! I wouldn’t hire that man to build me a dog house much less to do something that required drilling into the side of my house. I am not sure why anyone would hire this man, he looked and acted high....
