Mike quoted the project and was extremely easy to work with. Though we live in a rural area about an hour from their main office they were still willing to bid the job competitively. Kody and his crew of installers were not only professional but also very easy to work with. I was sold on the quality of products they use and their warranty. I plan on using them for every job I can. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

S&S is a great company! They’ve treated me very well as a new rookie in the shop. They’re constantly helping me grow and develop as a young HVAC technician in a competitive field. Seeing all the trainers I have treat customers with respect and integrity has been inspirational and inspiring. I look forward to the career opportunity I’ll have being an employee here.
First and foremost Brad was great to get us scheduled and setup with a service tech. Sean the service tech was very friendly and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He recommended things that could/would help our unit perform top notch.
Worst company ever! So glad Lowes dropped them for not taking care of their mistakes! As you can see on pictures, the guy broke a few of my tiles and tried to cover his work, did not say a thing to anyone. Now the owner Corey is a piece of work, money hungry scoundrel! I NEVER write negative reviews for any company even if they got my order wrong or an employee was having a bad day, but after trying MANY MANY times for S&S Mechanical to take care of my issues discussed when purchasing the unit from Lowes, the problem till this day never got fixed! Either the owner is going to sell the company or completely run it to the ground with the so many complaints this company and Lowes are getting. So far I have 3 other families with the same issues of unprofessional-ism from this company.
Sean is an excellent person to deal with. He answers all your questions and explains everything very well. Great experience!!!
