Very happy with the quality of service provided by Alford. The crew was very polite and hardworking, even while working outside in below freezing weather. I would certainly recommend using Alford Home Solutions if you are experiencing any foundation problems.

This is the kind of work Alford does.They dont clean and glue their fittings except with mud and when they fail they say I should have had a yearly inspection. My pump under my home probably held together till they were paid and then blew apart because of no glue or glue mixed with mud and I never knew because I'm handicapped with no feet and could not crawl under the house and check their work. I was a plumber for 45 years and I know when someting is cleaned and glued properly, not with mud as the picture shows. 15 thousand dollars spent with this quality work to show for it.My customers would have not accepted this quality of work , but I am stuck with it.Shame on you Alford!!!

I used Alford for concrete lifting on my sidewalk and driveway. While this normally would have been a one day job, Mother Nature had other plans. While the work had to be done over three days, the crew and company were always very good about keeping me informed about what they were doing and when they would return. The work they did was excellent. I would recommend them for concrete lifting solutions.

Alford can be thankful for their staff - Jaylon Abbott was an amazing worker. He corrected two problems that existed while enduring freezing temperatures (in a crawl space). Very courteous - great representative for your company. Thankful he was sent. Hard to find such competent young workers these days. .
