Since moving in, I have not had many complaints at all. Upon moving in, there were several things that required maintenance’s attention. It took awhile to have some things remedied. However, the office staff is very attentive to questions and concerns, so they kept me in the know of the progress. The front gate was out of service for quite some time, but I believe that was due to some residents inability to follow procedures. The area is very quiet. I love the inclusion of a washer and dryer. Storage inside the apartment is very plentiful. The grounds are well maintained. Overall, I have had a pleasant experience staying here.

It has been a pleasure moving here. Staff (Corinne specifically) has made the move all the way from NY effortless. All staff is very accommodating and friendly. Apartments are cozy and amenities are great. Price is fantastic!

Overall, my stay at St. Andrews Commons was very good! The staff did a great job of communicating and making my stay comfortable as possible! Also, management did a superb job of enforcing social distancing to keep residents safe during this pandemic! The maintenance guys are hard-working and good at what they do. My apartment was an upgraded unit with a few flaws, however it made a bomb first apartment! My son and I enjoyed the amenities especially the pool and gym! It was a good experience and I would highly recommend St. Andrews Commons!

Moving can be stressful especially when having to move to another state in less than a week! Ms. Wooten made the process smooth meeting my requested move in date. Nice place to live close to everything.
