Worst experience ever. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. We were quoted 2 days, 6 men and 2 trucks. Move took 3 days, damage to both our houses, sod ruined, 10,000 in damage. Of course they offered hundreds to settle thousands. Poorly trained, dropped furniture, ruined leather couches, broke solid wood headboard. ️
I needed help unloading my U-Haul and moving heavy furniture, W/D and boxes up three flights of stairs in a 1920’s building. I called on a Friday and they were able to a accommodate me on on the next business day. The stairs and doorways are narrow, but they made it work and nothing was damaged. Austin Naes and his crew were punctual, friendly and professional. They worked nonstop and quickly moved an entire truck upstairs within my allotted time, saving me a lot of money. Honestly, I was concerned after reading reviews, but I would definitely recommend them for the future. Great job and thank you.
There truck drivers are rude. The pull into QT or other convenience marts and take up spots in front.
Derek and Sean were very responsive to any questions and issues I had, and Rodney and the moving crew were excellent and careful with everything, and even moved a piano up several steps.
