This is your typical Culver's as most of them look the same from the outside. Since the pandemic, I have been going through their drive-through on a regular basis, many of which were when they were busy. This particular Culver's has always gotten my order correct, even the ones that I special ordered onion rings instead of fries, or shakes instead of drinks. The amount has always been correct when I pull up to the pay window. I am amazed how fast they get the food to you in your vehicle. This particular Culver's seems to have adapted well and has exceeded standards during the pandemic. I would have given them 5 stars, but I have a hard time giving any fast food place 5 stars. They are definitely 4 1/2 easy.

This is one of the best fast food restaurants I have been their burgers taste good and everything is clean they have really tasty mixers and milkshakes you can find pieces of fruits in the shakes. I saw the sign on the counter about their sweet potato fries special and I ordered some but they messed up and brought normal fries so I asked them to replace and they forgot. At the end they gave me a coupon and apologized which I thought it was nice. I would definitely go back.
I've gone to this Culver's three times. And I've gotten my order correct once. I don't know why they have an insistence of putting cheese on my burger when I don't want cheese on my burger. They always do. Even if I tell him I don't want cheese on my burger they put it on there. It is so frustrating.
This Culver's is always top notch. It's clean, there's still seating available inside, and they've even added another drive through for the busy times. Their food is always great--this is our go-to close to home.
I used to love this Culvers but beyond disappointed tonight. Burger missing bacon so I had to go in the store from the drive thru to fix. (Good thing I learned to ALWAYS check burger toppings!) Ok, fine. Then I get all the way home and my Reuben is burnt and inedible. I'm moving this week and have no groceries in my house. Thanks for ruining my dinner, careless Culvers staff.
