The overall dining experience was very good. I ordered the fillet with a lobster tail and both were cooked perfectly in seasoned quite well. The mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables were also very well seasoned and cooked to a nice crisp snap. Our server Amy was quite proficient and attentive. She also offered up a breakfast place that seems to be the best that locals go to. (Review to follow) For dessert I had their signature coffee cake and donuts. It was served up spectacularly, definitely an eyeful. Cup of coffee to go with dessert? And I was very content. The decor in the dining area was very nice, however the bathrooms, and the stock brown paper towels is not what you would expect from a more fine dining, upscale restaurant.

I don’t even know where to start. If you are visiting St. Augustine dine here. I had the lobster ravioli and she had the duck breast and it was all incredible. The beef tenderloin bruschetta melts in your mouth. Everything was absolutely delicious! We are definitely coming back here!

This was our first time going to Collage in St Augustine and it was great. It is more of an upscale restaurant. My husbands steak rivaled the best he’s ever had.

After eating pretty much everywhere else, I can confidently say this is the best restaurant in St. Augustine. My wife and I started with the soups of the day. In my case, it was a cream of mushroom and my wife order the Thai Broccoli with a dollop of curry cream. We both said it was the best soup we'd ever had. We then split the black grouper, which was encrusted in brown sugar coated walnuts & finished with a beurre blanc sauce. It was wonderful, as was the perfectly cooked jasmine rice and veggies. Overall, an amazing dining experience.
