My husband and I love to fish! We found this great fishing resort in St. Augustine a few weeks ago. It's family run, clean and just a great place to hang out. I mentioned I really loved a wooden picture that was on the wall. Can you believe the day we checked out they gave it to me.

Staff is surly. They're ALWAYS crabbing about something. For the EXPENSIVE services they provide, it's not worth getting an earful of whatever they're whining about. How can you be so nasty when you work on the water?

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. They recommended several spots to swim but there was no ladder on the boat so when we had to have to have another boater help us get back into the boat we were 15 minutes late as we explained we didn’t realize there was no ladder and was stranded. The lady when we returned the boat said we berated her when we literally said in the phone “we didn’t realize there wasn’t a ladder so it took us a while to get back into the boat”. It was a pontoon boat and we rent a boat often. They charged a 50 late fee and tried to say the contract says there is no ladder. It absolutely doesn’t not say that. It says they don’t recommend swimming but when we rented it they told us where to go for swimming. The lady was rude and assuming. There was trash and beer cans on the boat that we rented, the seats were ripped and definitely not worth the money we spent. The children we were with were injured while we had to find a way back on the boat. I wouldn’t have written this review if it weren’t for the fact that the lady at the front desk was completely out of line and rude and flat out lied. There are several other places you can rent with better boats and no lies with ladders.
