Salesman was no pressure at all but was very helpful in providing knowledge and solutions. A from a salesman in a separate industry. Delivery team was understanding about delivery with someone working from home. Courteous and Extremely careful not to damage walls or stairs. 2nd floor was no problem for them. Worth the delivery fee and gratuity for their efforts. Well done all around!

Our company just moved to a new office building and were in need of cubicles for our front office. After searching endlessly online I came across a company called Ideskz. I contacted the company and communicated back and forth with the owner Trip who provided various options to accommodate our needs. I ended up visiting their showroom and decided on one of the selections he had sent me. Our move had been slightly delayed so Trip was kind of enough to hold the product for us until our move was finalized. Once moved in, his team arrived on time and completed the set up of our new cubicles. They look great and exactly what we were looking for! Overall, this was an excellent buying experience and for those looking for new or used office furniture, this is the place to go. Trip is really friendly and accommodating. I saw a Facebook Marketplace ad for a Steelcase chair at a great price and contacted him at about 9:30 p.m. He responded that night! I work in hospitality marketing and appreciate that level of service. His warehouse has a ton of great office furniture. I kind of want to come get those other two Steelcase chairs! :) Thanks Trip!
