Patrick was a great jail guide. He was very excited to lock us up! He gave us an informative and fun history lesson while touring the jail. Masks are required, hand sanitizing stations are set up, and you're separated into small groups. We all really enjoyed it!

Very neat place. I will definitely go back. The old town trolley tour was great as well. Wrapped up the day at the fountain of youth also great.
Visited Old Jail museum and Oldest Store museum on Feb 16,17 , both tours were really fun and informative. Jack the jail guide, his cheekiness comments and the sassy Jennaven of the Oldest tour guide were amazing and great interacting with the guests. My friends and I really enjoyed the tours. They managed to surprised multiple times :))
Although we had to stand in line for a bit, we do not regret it. An interesting place with its own history. Both adults and children were satisfied. Our guide was lovely.
Enjoyed our experience here. We decided to visit on our second day in St. Augustine. All “jail inmates” were amazing. They were entertaining, yet professional, and very friendly. Bucky and Wiley were the BEST ever!!! Our favorite part was the interactive play outside the building with our children. This was a fun time for sure. The inside of the jail was neat to see as well. We didn’t like having to put face masks on in order to visit, but decided that we would do it. It caused us some difficulty with not breathing so well in the heat, but we made it through ok. We’ll definitely visit again, but will wait until the face mask rule is gone. Thank you for having us!
