I went to the emergency room yesterday by myself and I was treated with very quick and excellent service. It was very clean and the nurses were always around helping. The biggest concern I had was actually being exposed to Covid-19 by being in a hospital environment. As soon as I walked in, we I no longer had that concern whatsoever. I was so impressed. You wouldn't usually use the word pleasant after going to an emergency room but even though I was in terrible pain, it was actually a very pleasant visit. Thank you to the Nurse Manager and Matt, ER Nurse and the doctor on call yesterday morning. Everyone was amazing! Thank you! Karin
