Arvidson’s Service Department is run professionally with a knowledgeable staff that is very thorough. Service tech Tim O. was especially helpful to remedy a recent scale clog issue in our hot tub. I was especially impressed that hours after the service call, Tim made the effort to follow-up with me to see if the spa was at temperature and running flawlessly. He also recommended practical low-cost ways to keep the scale from returning in the future. We enjoy our spa year-round. And when the day comes that we need to replace it, Arvidson’s Pools & Spas will be our sales destination. Jim J. St. Charles

Progress report: When I 1st reviewed Arvidson it was after we found there were 2 then 3 delays to the delivery of our spa... and i was hot! I was disappointed because I really pushed hard for subcontractors to get their part done in time for arvidson... Only later to find out that there was no rush. Well our spa was delivered last Friday and arvidson has been fantastic since then. A crew of 6 guys waited around as the Crane arrived and was determined to be too small and a second Crane had to be sent to the house to get the spa in the back of our house. As a result they did not have the time to complete the construction of the top... They scheduled it for Monday in Monday morning they were back out with their full to you getting the spas lid put together... the Covana. They worked really well with all of our other contractors and were very professional. Then I found that our saleswoman is going to come out once we have the tub warm to go through tutorial on care and maintenance! SO COOL... I guess all's well that ends well.

I've had amazing service here! I was helped by (I believe) Madison and Parker and they were super knowledgeable about the products I was looking at and made me feel very welcome!(We need more worker's like them!!) A go-to place for pool supplies and even just good candles/bath supplies. Sweet Summer Tea is the candle shown and smells FANTASTIC.

This is a great store and the customer service is amazing. I inherited a hot tub (knew nothing of it's history or care/maintenance) and Autum at the store and Peter, the service manager, have been incredibly helpful, answering all of my many questions. I highly recommend visiting this store and purchasing your hot tub here.

installed pool several years ago, installation was well-done, follow up service has been wonderful. pool pH, clarity, very helpful finding a small leak in liner, people have been very attentive and willing to help. They also love dogs.
