I wouldn't rent from them after this experience. Left the apartment in great condition, took pictures and everything. Went to ask about my deposit and and Corporate stated I had to get the carpets professionally cleaned or supply them with a receipt showing I got the carpets professionally or I would be charged 176.50. They stated the carpets would be cleaned if I supplied a receipt or not. Left the place in great condition and its really sad that this company is taking advantage of people in these troubled times.

I can't even contact someone to rent a property. I'm willing to GIVE them money and no one has contacted me back. I can't imagine what living on the property would be like if I actually need some thing fixed.
