They are great! Customer service is amazing. I have ordered with them twice. And plan on sticking with them The first time was last minute with them on a Saturday around noon. I called asked if I could picked up a flower arrangement in an hour and half. We talked about what I wanted briefly and it was perfect when I got it. The second time was for a birthday present.
