Great selection and great customer service. I love their homemade e-juice and have been buying from them for years. I've been to three of their locations and they're all very clean and nice. This one is at a great location too.

They've done well and are amazing when it comes to loyal customers. Very friendly family business. I'm very sensitive to juice. I'm a was cigarette smoker and their juice is the only kind I enjoy and an satisfied with. I switched not to quit cigarettes but just an alternative to smell and cost. 5 years ago and I've been going to them since. I've tried other shops but nothing compares to their quality.

They’ve helped me with all problems whether it’s a broken mod or a new coil there was no hesitation to resolve the issue. Would recommend this shop to everyone in need of any new device!
Always very helpful! They changed my coil for me for free. They explained to me different things about my mod. They went through all the different flavors of juice they have. They take their time to explain anything you need to know.
We have been going to Elixrz since they opened in elgin. We love the favours and the service is always top notch!
