I would highly recommend Dr. Hemmer. First of all, when I called to get an appt. for my mom, one of his staff members answered the phone and made the appt. for that same day! How nice it was to actually speak to someone without having to go through several prompts and sit on hold! Dr. Hemmer and his staff were wonderful and treated my mom like she was family. She now has hearing aids and can actually hear and be a part of conversations. Thank you Fox Valley Ear, Nose and Throat!

Dr. Hemmer and his team got my son in to look at a chronic ear infection the day I called! He was really good with my little guy and took his time figuring out the best course of action for him. We've had to take our kids on and off over the past few years, and each visit he takes his time and listens to our concerns. I would highly recommend!

Dr. Hemmer is a wonderful doctor. He takes time to listen to you and works with you to resolve your issue. What I appreciate about him is that he is not an alarmist. He doesn't do unnecessary testing. He is very caring and knowledgeable. Rarely does a Dr. take the time to make a personal phone call to discuss your condition or answer any questions. Dr.Hemmer does!
