DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE. The store smelled like weed and the two male cashiers were little to no help, ended up giving me a ham with almost no meat on it all fat and nastiness. Extremely upset this holiday. a

If you can pardon the patina, this place is officially the best ham joint this side of the Fox River. (The better side).

I arrived at 9:45 am. By opening time at 10:00 am there was 6 in line. I was able to use 5 coupon from Retailmenot. Also applied gift ecard from work. I was in and out with a 9 pound ham. There will only be 2 of us for our Thanksgiving dinner. Love the left overs. I freeze and use later for sandwiches, soups, and egg recipes. The store staff did a great job! Thank you! Happy Thanksgiving!

Bought a 85 dollar ham for Christmas about 9 pounds and only 3 pounds were edible. Riddled with fat and all the glaze fell off. 2nd year in a row we got burned. Thanks alot

I went to buy a bone in honey baked ham from the St. Charles Holiday market this morning, Monday, December 30. We walked in to an empty store at 11:00 a.m. There were three pies and a couple bottles of barbeque sauce, 3 packages of rolls and, before we got to the register, the woman stated they had no bone-in honey baked hams but a few boneless pressed hams. Since, I had never seen that type of ham, I asked if I could see one and she said absolutely not. She then stated they thought they might get an order in from Bloomingdale at about 3:00 pm, but didn't know, and didn't have a phone number that I could call to see if they got any hams that day. They don't take pre-orders in this location, so you would think they would have hams and other advertised foods available for purchase. I got back in the car and drove to the crystal lake store, which I will now always do first, and purchased a bone-in honey baked ham.
