Not sure why people are saying mean things about staff. I have dealt with this location for several years amd have yet to complain. I would say the attitude I came in with attributed to the attitude I was given. I have had bad experiences with staff but only because I came in anxious or in a rush expecting them to know why I was there. My fault. Only 4 stars because nothing is perfect... Keep up the good work!

I don’t know why people are saying staff is rude. I am trying to get my name changed and don’t know a lot about forms and requirements and how to preform the paperwork. All the people I have talked to help me nicely and answered all my questions. They have helped me so much through this process. Courtney has made my life so much easier with all this legal stuff.
Love the online court services makes everything so much easier
Whole chicago area is horrible and disgusting. I hate coming this way from Hampshire IL.
