Starting with the initial booking with Brooke, to then speaking with Hannah at the St. Charles location, I felt at ease, very informed, and confident that I will be well looked after. Asst store manager helped me with all my questions and concerns about the property. She made great conversation while we were walking to the unit she was gonna show me. Great personality! Place was nice and clean all the way around.
I highly recommend the St. Charles Life Storage. It is very clean and has very easy access. The manager, Hanna is friendly and helpful. I feel very confident that my items are safely stored.
