I have been going to LTS for a while, but only for normal maintenance. Recently I had some major work that needed to be done on my car. The team was in constant communication with me and notified me of another issue they found before continuing with trying to fix it. They told me their honest opinion about how long they thought I could last with the part being broke and how much it would cost. They called to ask if I wanted them to order the parts to fix it or wait and just fix the current problem. I appreciated their honesty and they were genuinely trying to make sure my opinion was valued rather than assuming I wanted the extra problem to be fixed and stick me with a huge bill with no option but to pay it. I dropped my car off on a Thursday and they had it done in half the time they estimated. They always go the extra mile to build quality relationships with their customers to ensure they always come back. They are AMAZING and I won't go anywhere else!

My daughter’s car broke down and it just didn’t make sense for me to tow it home to fix myself 2 hours away. At my son in law’s recommendation I had the car towed to LTS. Even though the car arrived at closing, they were able to get the part (starter) ordered and the repair scheduled for the next day. They got it in the repair bay by mid morning and it was done in just a few hours. Great service! Great professionalism (good job Clayton), and a visibly clean and well organized shop. If I’m ever asked where to go for automotive repair work in the St. Charles area I know who I’m recommending.
This place was recommended to me by Cody B. When I had a very sudden, and very severe oil leak. Which coated the entire underside of my car and back glass, driveway....just a mess! I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. Every single person I spoke with in person or over the phone were the epitome of phenomenal customer service. Super nice, explained and answered any questions I had. Were upfront about the cost. No surprise additional cost at the end. Overall, if you're looking for a auto repair facility. Don't question it, just go to these guys!
