Hello I must say this company should get 10 stars if that would be possible. I am 48 and almost eight years I went to work thinking nothing but a normal day. Sadly I got hurt at work that morning and broke my back and right hip. I am permanently disabled and my life completely changed. From being a full blown outdoorsman I was a single father. I had to get my life back and I called them and went in and from the time of the call to now I have been completely take care of . Everyone there is family and they understood my needs . They set me up with the all new Pride Wrangler indoor outdoor mobility scooter in fact I was one of the first people to own one in the country. Also got a Pride lift chair. My life has completely changed and everyone of them are now my friends. They are all fantastic people and listens to you and will find the things to make your life your life again and no longer feel like a disabled person. I still deal with pain and am still disabled but my life is mine again. I am able to go anywhere I want hunt and fish go to my sons college football games . If you need anything don’t settle go here and you will not regret it. May God bless each and everyone of them.

They were extremely knowledgeable and if they didn’t know an answer to one of my million questions, they quickly found out and got back to me promptly. Wow! It’s not very often any more that I can walk in to a business and get this kind of service! I needed a more specialized tilting wheelchair for my Mom who suffers from Alzheimer’s and has a history of 2 fractured hips. I shopped around and ended up at Med X Change. Mr. Mayes and his team treated me so well! They were very knowledgeable and super pleasant. Bottom line: I left with a MUCH better wheelchair at a better price than I could find elsewhere. I’m still shocked at how much of a difference the new chair has made in my mom’s quality of life. She is no longer hunched over all day and is very much more calm. I highly recommend you visit this store in St. Charles before buying a chair anywhere else. They are tops with me!
