my friend lived here recently and had such a bad experience. this is a building that was built to be sold as condos but because of the downturn in the economy in 2008, they could not sell most of the units. even now the building is still only about 50% sold. so the building was never meant to be a rental. many tenants have come and gone because the management is so poor. it's basically the woman from the parent company, whose main job is to sell the units, acting as a landlord. i've even been yelled at by her for talking on my balcony (wtf?!). issues with construction quality, repairs, pets and damage. it's just a disaster. and the bugs. it's so gross how many spiders and bugs there are. i feel kind of bad for the people who do end up buying these units since they have been used by so many people already. it looks nice on the outside but the devil is in the details, and the management. beware!
