So happy to have discovered Physicians Express! For an easily diagnosable issue, the video appt. was such a convenient option. The customer service representative that set up my appointment (at exactly the time I requested) was knowledgeable and courteous. The Dr. was right on time and the consultation was efficient yet personal. I picked up my prescription within hours.

I went to pick up my antibiotic prescription from the pharmacy I requested only to find out they sent it to the wrong pharmacy on the other side of town. Now have to go out of my way to get my medicine. It shouldn’t be hard to send it to the correct pharmacy.

I’ve been going to Physician Express since they opened years ago and I’ve made Dr. Patel my primary doctor. He’s the best dr I’ve ever seen and the facility is great. You can walk in and the wait is never long or make an appointment and never wait. Every dr is great and the staff is super nice and helpful! They do everything you need. Great place!
