I have been getting treatments by Crystal for a few months now and I must say I am impressed with the results! I also am impressed with how much she remembers about me and my personal life. She makes you feel comfortable and it is a judgement free area. I have been so embarrassed by facial hair and she assured me she would take care of me...she has not disappointed me at all. When I went to my consultation she was very honest and told me what I was to expect and also told me to reach her site that had questions and answers. This isn’t an overnight fix and isn’t even a month long fix.... you need to be patient and trust her. I’m glad I did trust her and it was the best choice I made!!! She is the best and I highly recommend her. I’m not too sure how the one review I read said she was not professional and made her feel uncomfortable....I swear she must be confusing this place with somewhere and someone else!!! Unbelievable that someone could write such a crude and untrue review. I moved out of state and did a lot of research to find the perfect place and based it off of reviews more than anything. She had not one bad review and I read through EVERY SINGLE one. Please just ignore that one on there.... complete BS!!

Honestly I had the most amazing experience during the consultation. I had the most amazing facial as well with Victoria but I feel like I was lied to about how my treatment needed to be for the electrolysis by crystal. I was told I needed to come 2 times a week for the next 2 years to remove the hair off of my face caused from PCOS which is an extremely sensitive issue for me. After trying to go to my first appointment she refused to see me because “my hair wasn’t long enough”. Which I can kind of understand but the way she handled it was extremely unprofessional. Told me I need to “ditch the boyfriend” so I can commit to this. Which I thought was rude. I felt she was insincere and I left crying! I understand that I probably could’ve waited another day but just the way she handled it and her tone was unsettling. I talked to another woman who does electrolysis closer to home and said never in all her years has had to have that extensive of a treatment and she deals with women with PCOS all the time. I did not want to go to this women because she is so booked up and I wanted to get in ASAP! But after the experience I had, I will go to this other woman and have learned my lesson. I will never be back and I will never recommend anyone to go here unless it’s for a facial because Victoria is awesome. But I would never want them treated the way I was yesterday.
