It’s not just about dental help. That speaks for itself as the best service and satisfaction available. My family of 5 has used Dr. Smith for over 20 years. He has always made sure we took good care of our teeth from ages 5 to 99. We see him as part of our family. What might be overlooked is that he has also been a huge supporter of Veterans and active in other areas here in St. Charles. I strongly recommend Dr. Smith and know you will soon also after a single visit.

Dr Peter Smith misdiagnosed me, afterwards was doing dental work for free to make up for his mistake. Then strung me along during a complicated procedure as if there would be no charge, only to pull a bait and switch, (Used car salesman tactic), and tried to charge me an outrageous amount of money that should have been disclosed upfront. He also insulted me during my visit. Not to mention that he's had grass skirt parties in his office, not sure how the Health Dept allows that. Go elsewhere.

I've been going to St. Charles Dental Care for the past 4-5 years now and have always received the best quality care for my teeth from Dr. Smith and his team of hygienists and office staff. Dr. Smith is extremely knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, friendly and a HUGE perfectionist. He really takes the time to listen and answer any and all of your questions. Most people hate the dentist but with Dr. Smith you will look forward to each visit!

Dr Smith has been our dentist for 13 years. While going to the dentist isn't my favorite activity, he and his staff make it a pleasant experience. Always friendly, nearly always on time, you can count on a thoughtful, but efficient visit. His work is very high quality and he takes his time to explain and answer your questions. Same is true for the hygienists, I usually see Brianna, who is super friendly and does a careful job. This is our dentist, for as long as they'll have us. Thanks guys!

I have been a patient of Dr. Smith's for more than 15 years. Never did I ever think I would say I was looking forward to going to the dentist, but Dr. Smith and his staff have created an environment that is so welcoming. Every time I go in there, I feel like I'm the most important patient they have that day. There's always lots of laughter, and you can tell that they all enjoy working together. To top it off, Dr. Smith is a very caring and gentle dentist. He always has time to answer questions, and he is a bit of a perfectionist \u003c-- this is a good thing when it comes to your teeth! ;-) I can and do recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.
