Edit: No, this isn't a fake review. The accusation, denial, as well as the attempted act of revenge is more evidence of your character. You claim that you do extra without asking and charge for it. So, then it becomes an argument that most people would rather avoid. I think you're slimy. When given the opportunity. You take advantage of people. That's what happened. It's not illegal. Maybe you would've refunded the costs. Maybe you still would refund the costs. But that's what you did. Now, you're claiming that I'm fake, based on zero evidence. Hmmm, that kind of sounds like being a know-it-all and condescending, doesn't it? Then, you seek revenge with the eported to google\ comment. That kind of sounds like \blowing up\ doesn't it? And no mask around the elderly with big earrings? That sounds like what the owner of this place does, doesn't it? So, yes. You charged an elderly woman nearly 200 for unning tests\ without asking. That's the kind of shop you're running.
