I was extremely nervous going into my surgery as I have PTSD from prior IV experiences at ERs and Jen made my experience so great. She was extremely nice, attentive, and tailored my experience so that I felt okay the whole time. I cannot thank her enough for helping me have such a positive experience. Pre and post op was done great and I felt taken care of the entire time. Thank you for such a positive experience!!

Great place. Staff is very professional. Only bad thing is the constantly LOUD CHATTERING! Back in the prep area, by nurses station is so loud. The nurses are constantly talking loud and laughing. Just really hard to focus on your love one having surgery, when all you can hear is their loud talking and laughing! I felt like I was at an auction with people bidding on items. Not professional at all! Not just one time, we have been here four times and it is ALWAYS LOUD! I can hear it all the way in waiting room!

Amazing staff, incredible service. They really know how to make you feel reassured and prepared prior to surgery! The pre-op and post-op nurses were attentive, pleasant, and caring. The anesthesiologist was incredibly knowledgeable and (believe it or not) hilarious! My surgeon was calm and caring. Would 100% recommend this facility to anyone!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I will be calling owner to complain about the way I have been treated over the phone seems like they only have one person handling pre-approvals I see her name on here more than once she is just so unbelievable rude and refuses to help asking for pre payment amount almost 4000 as if it was pocket change my medical insurance called them and asked manager to submit claim for approval for anesthesia for medical coverage on a child that is 3 years old and is going to be approved and she refuses saying that this is a cosmetic procedure similar to like a breast implants OMG! what is she talking about why is she still working here I will call and make sure someone in management knows what she is saying to customers
