I’m so appreciative and grateful for the assistant manager at this location named Dave. I walked into the store last week and asked for used/emptied boxes because of my upcoming move. He didn’t have any boxes at the time and had one of the associates take my number to call back when they do. A couple days later, Dave himself called and I was so thankful that he had many boxes that he didn’t need and was going in the compactor. That’s one less thing that my family and I don’t have to worry about and because of Dave’s kindness, I had to do a review today knowing there are still positive people that will go above and beyond for customers like Dave has.Thank you Dave for all that you have done, I will never forget it!
I went to Walgreen on Main Street to ask a few questions regarding having some photos printed.. The young lady in photo name Naudea was very pleasant & friendly.. She not only answered my questions she walked me over to the machine & step by step showed me how to get my photos printed from my phone.. My phone was not compatible with the system you had so, printing now was not option.. So, Naudea gave me her cell number so I can text the photos I want to print to her so she can get them print them for me!! I couldn't believe she would do that for me!! I had to pick up a few items while I was there & I stopped another associate working there for assistance another wonderful & helpful young lady name Christie.. She also was pleasant & friendly.. I wasn't in a good mood that morning but, after leaving there & spending that little time with your valuable employees, the rest of the day went uphill.. You be surprise where you can go to get cheer up & great service!! I deal with customer's everyday & I know if associates are being nice because it's store policy or if it's their nature.. These ladies kindness came from their hearts.. I rate Naudea & Christie a five (5).. Five being the highest!! Keep up the \ Great\ work ladies... PAULA
I went to pickup a script for blood pressure today. The pharmacist that helped me was one of a kind. This is the first prescription I have had in years and is in direct cause and effect of COVID-19. Working in hospitals and in virus labs pushed me to my end. She was so kind and helpful to me that when I got back to my truck I brokedown. Weeks of being treated like a piece of meat ended with her kindness Thank you
