Wowwww! I purchased a Verano traveler's disposable pen. I opened it while getting excited to try Cantaloupe Haze. My excitement quickly switched to a mixed feeling of defeated and sadness.. My brand new pen was stuck to the inside, broken, with no oil to be found, but in the inside of the tube..... I'm sad and defeated. Defeated because I know I'm just gonna have to take it up as a 40Tax loss. Not sure what can or could be done to make it right? All I can do is never buy anything from any Zen Leaf location again I guess Oh and leave my review on every marketing channel they have available just so everyone knows that this broke my heart. As if Valentines Day alone wasn't hard enough recently. I'll just get use to dissappointment.

This was my first experience at a dispensary, and it was above and beyond. The security guard and staff in the lobby were very kind and made me feel very comfortable. Walking in, they had a great setup for COVID conditions I told them what I was looking for and my max budget, and they were able to find me something and gave a great recommendation. Excited to go home and try what I got! I’m definitely coming again!
In general is a good spot. Has a point reward system which is beneficial if you spend lots. The issue is no room to be 6ft apart which does make me uncomfortable. Packed like sardines in a room that's not well ventilated..
Showed up on a Friday night at 9:15 PM. The place was crowded and I could see that there was a line. When I spoke to my husband about some thing unrelated to our purchase, the woman behind the counter abruptly scolded us and said we need to step outside if we were going to talk. Seriously? I thought this was a dispensary and not preschool so slow your power trip. Already surprised at the woman behind the counters poor attitude, I’m surprised at the way she spoke to several more people. After about 10 minutes, I decided to walk out. This was so not worth her negative attitude. I understand that there are rules to be followed, but there’s also common courtesy and the unprofessional person behind the counter needs to understand. Additionally, another patron left their medical card. When he asked if it was left behind, the woman behind the counter responded “communication is key in the future”. I’m not sure if she was having a bad night or is always unpleasant, but definitely something that leaves a lasting impression. While you may be the only place in Saint Charles, there are other dispensaries and quite honestly they treat people a little bit better. Learn a little bit about customer service or change your name from Zen Leaf to Bitter Leaf!
This place is great. The people are really nice and helpful. The budtenders are great with questions about product and the effects of each strain. One of the best budtenders is Lo. She is fun loving and full of life, She knows her cannabis very well. And she's just one of the awesome people at Zen Leaf. I recommend this place to any one that uses cannabis or is thinking of trying it. Best experience I've had with any dispensary by far. If you like concentrate try the Alchemy brand 5 bucks extra but its worth it. Trust me.
