My 4 year old American bulldog has been to Beaches for socialization and training three times and already we can see an amazing transformation. He's always been a sweet boy but very pushy and not great at listening. In three days the team has built his trust, got him walking loosely on a leash and has helped me teach him that it's not acceptable to jump on people when being greeted! The staff is amazing and he loves going to 'school'.

The best in town! We have done training and day care at Beaches for our Boston Terrier. The training is worth every penny. I love the consistency that is learned by both human and dog to ensure the training is applicable at home and day care. This place is Clean Clean, you can tell there is a great pride in ownership and it carries thru to the staff. Always enjoy seeing the smiling faces and cheerful attitude of the staff. We did a training class as well as doggy day care. Everything was wonderful. The only thing I didn’t like were the walls between dogs in our training class. I understand their purpose but also saw it as a missed opportunity for dogs to learn how to act by other dogs. (Unless there was a specific aggression or extreme intimidation issue). I really liked the staff and would definitely have no problem going back. Very good staff.
I started with Beaches because I rescued a 7 month old Chocolate Lab who had never been socialized as a puppy. It is critical to socialize your puppy so that they are not afraid of things and people. Anyway, my dog is afraid of other people. I brought my dog here for training and to help him overcome some fears. The trainers are great, patient and very helpful. At first, my dog who was so afraid to enter the building, now is excited to go there and play on occasion. He is slowly coming around - thanks to the trainers at Beaches!
Couldn't be happier with everyone there. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
