Our favorite contractor we've ever worked with! Truly. When we met with Joe to get a quote, my husband and I were immediately impressed with how knowledgeable he is in his field. He had thoughtful, professional responses to every question we asked. When we couldn't decide on a finish, he patiently had multiple phone calls with me and my husband, and even met us at his supplier's showroom so that we could browse and talk through our options. He walked the perfect balance between respecting our design ideas and also giving his expert input. His team worked efficiently and with an eye for detail. And our floors came out SO GORGEOUS. We love them. After the job was done, Joe wanted to meet with our painter to make sure he knew how to protect the floors correctly before he got started. I didn't even have to ask him, it was his idea! Don't trust the flooring guys who won't even come to your home to give you a quote. Floors are such an important part of your home that you want someone who is going to value them the way you and your family will. And that is 100% Joe. Joe and his crew are top notch. Not afraid to deal with difficult situations. Joe also has extensive relationships with finish carpenters, plumbers, drywallers, and painters. We had half the house refinished and the rest with all new hardwood put down and they made it all blend perfectly. New stair case is awesome. Fixed many squeaks and ripped bad subfloor where needed. Definitely give these guys a call for any hardwood floor project.

Joe was great about working with our schedule and the floors turned out beautiful! I went with just a clear satin finish. We did have one stained spot that got darker after the finish was put on but Smith's came back out and fixed it right away. Highly recommend!
