I’m giving 5 stars, for the friendliness of the staff here at Arctic! Easy check in, very friendly staff, got right in a door. I did this review before I got loaded, so not sure of the load time. But the big thing for me, the staff didn’t have an attitude!!! I don’t care about the load, and unloading time. I’m a truck driver, I expect that. The friendliness of the staff is more important to me. Hats off to everyone at Arctic

Can be fast, or can be slow. Depends on whether ur product is already there. . Busy but organized place. Park on the side. Walk up to shipping. . You can bobtail to Pilot, BK, or McD across the street while you wait. Just be back when ur load is ready. Pretty nice ppl.

I read the reviews with skepticism thinking these people might of gotten lucky. Had a 9am app checked in at 6am got a door. At 9am they started loading me and by 9:30 I was out. Great system via text message Best cold storage place I’ve been to in Minnesota and probably anywhere else.

People here are nice, but be prepared to wait. Every time I come here it takes hours. No parking on site. Truck stop across the street fills up well before 5pm. Or pay at the other place. Hope you have a drop and hook.

This is one of the best my company loads at every week. The shipping/ receiving gals are very respectable and Very nice! I work for Waymore Transportation and can't wait to get back there.!!

Not sure about the negative comments on here. The problem is that drivers are quick to leave a bad review but not when it's good. 2nd time here and under one hour to load and paperwork in hand. Good place
