I was assigned a work assignment for today. Due to my vehicle wheel bearing going out..beyond my control as life sometimes is. I reached out to express an hour at least before my start time..about my vehicle issue and I wouldn't be able to start as planned today. I then recieved a response \this is not acceptable and I should have taken a Lyft or uber\ I feel if a family member was dying this company wouldn't care but only about being at a job! Period! I know for sure I'll never work with Express services of st cloud,mn. Ever again.

I just love this temp agency and the people. They make sure they call you when work is available. they make sure they call you and ask you how is everything going when placed on job site, if we're okay with the position. They just mainly keeps in contact with you and I love that. Five stars out of the way
