Did they do the job correctly? yea.......eventually. First and foremost, when the roof needed to be replaced, it cost approx an extra 1400 because boards needed to be replaced from water damage (likely due to the fact the exhaust fan vent was sitting in the attic as opposed to vented through the roof. When expresspros said they had completed the job, that vent was hanging near a hole in the roof, not insulated, not closed off, as is city code. This took approximately 2/3 different visits and city involvement to correct. After that, the chimney was still leaking, this also took 2/3 different visits to correct......once we completed all that, I had Josh agree to a small discount and I paid in full.....I had promised not to leave a poor review, until I made more discoveries. Not only where they replaced the chimney did they leave a massive insulation hole (pointed out during my recent radon installation), but the attic is a disaster, TONS of garbage was left up there. I've included a photo of about 1/5 of what was actually in the attic.....I might've overlooked this had I not gotten a flat tire from a roof nail only a week or so after installation................Long story short, not a bad install, if you want to babysit someone and make sure it's done correctly.

Josh and his crew were absolutely amazing. They did roof, siding, gutters, windows, a door and facia. They were quick and professional. Cleaned up as if they had never been there. Josh was easy to reach and took care of every detail. Any minor things that needed attention were taken care of immediately. I highly recommend them and we had many companies give estimates. Would use them again without hesitation. Amazing work!

Josh and his crew did a awesome job on our house and garage that were damaged from a storm. Josh spent endless hours on the phone and multiple times in person at my home with insurance adjusters to make sure my roofs and siding were properly fixed. If it wasn't for him it wouldn't have been done right. The work they did was excellent and didn't cut any corners and if anything did way more than they would have needed to. Josh also had great ideas to make our house turn out better than I could have ever thought possible. I would definitely hire Exterior Pro again and would recommend them for any exterior needs. You will be very pleased with the quality of work and how great your project will turn out.
