I used thise product when I repainted around our pool deck. It was easy to apply and it enhanced the color of the paint. After almost three years there has been no fading, peeling, chipping or cracking. With my pool being in full sun all day, an unexpected benefit of this product is that the stones remain cool to walk on which was not the case before. It is water resistant to rain and splashing. This is an amazing product and I highly recommend using it.
